Return the car with the same fuel/charge level. Electric vehicles should be returned with at least 20% battery.

Drop it off at the pickup location or our delivery driver will collect it from your specified address.

How do I pick up my car?
After booking, you'll receive pickup instructions via email and in your dashboard. Simply head to the listed location at your scheduled time. We'll have the car cleaned, fueled (or charged), and ready for you. Just bring your driver's license and you're good to go!
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We offer complimentary delivery to airports (PDX, RDM), hotels, and addresses across the Portland and Bend metro areas. Just select 'Delivery' at checkout and provide your address. Your car will be waiting when you arrive.
How does drop-off work?
Return the vehicle to the same pickup location by your scheduled time. You get a 30-minute grace period — no penalties if you're a few minutes late. Leave the keys in the lockbox or hand them to our team member. No need to wash the car!
What's included in the price?
Everything. Our pricing includes insurance coverage, unlimited mileage, 24/7 roadside assistance, free additional drivers, and delivery. No hidden fees, no surprise charges at the counter.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation with a full refund within 24 hours of booking. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your trip start also receive a full refund. See our full policy for details on late cancellations.
Do I need my own insurance?
No! Every booking includes liability and collision coverage. You can optionally upgrade to our Premium Protection plan for additional peace of mind, including zero-deductible coverage.
What are the age requirements?
Drivers must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license. Drivers under 25 may have a small young driver surcharge on select vehicles.
Can I add an additional driver?
Yes, and it's completely free! Simply add their information during checkout or in your dashboard after booking. Additional drivers must also meet our age and license requirements.
What if I need to extend my trip?
No problem! You can extend your trip through your dashboard if the car is available. We won't charge any extension fees — just the standard daily rate for the extra days.
What happens if I get a flat tire or breakdown?
Every rental includes 24/7 roadside assistance. Call our support line and we'll dispatch help immediately. If the issue can't be resolved on-site, we'll arrange a replacement vehicle.
