Opt-In Consent

By providing your phone number during account registration on oregorentals.com, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from OreGO Rentals LLC. These messages are related to your vehicle rental experience and account verification.

Types of Messages

You may receive the following types of SMS messages:

  • Phone verification codes (OTP) — one-time passcodes to verify your phone number
  • Booking confirmations — confirmation when your rental is booked and paid
  • Trip reminders — pickup reminders the day before your trip
  • Return reminders — reminders on the day your vehicle is due back
  • Extension confirmations — confirmation when a trip extension is approved
  • Late return alerts — notifications if your vehicle return is overdue
  • Cancellation confirmations — confirmation when a booking is cancelled

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your rental activity. Typically, you will receive 2–8 messages per rental booking. You will not receive more than 15 messages per month. No marketing or promotional messages are sent via SMS.

Opt-Out (STOP)

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from OreGO Rentals. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. Note: opting out of SMS does not affect email notifications or your account status.

Help (HELP)

For assistance with SMS messages, reply HELP to any message from OreGO Rentals. You will receive a response with contact information. You can also contact us directly at admin@oregorentals.com or call (703) 201-8218.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. OreGO Rentals is not responsible for any charges from your carrier related to receiving SMS messages.

Supported Carriers

SMS messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. Coverage is not available in all areas.
